Client area access = This is a web panel where you can check on what tasks are being worked on, amount of time left on your plan, get file backups, etc.
Rollover = Unused minutes, up to 15% of your total plan, are applied to the next month.
Precision billing = Work is billed precisely - to the minute. Other virtual assistants round up and bill their clients in increments of 5, 10, or even 15 minutes even if the task took two minutes. |

Where are your workers located? Unlike our competition, we are 100% U.S. based, we are all Americans. We do not work together remotely - we work together. None of your work is sent overseas so by working with us you are keeping money in our economy and creating jobs for Americans.
Will I be speaking to a different person every time I call? No, you will have a single point of contact here. Your virtual assistant will give you their phone extension and an email address. Is your service geared toward businesses or individuals who need help with personal tasks? The overwhelming majority of the work we take care of for clients is business related and most of our clients are small business owners. Many clients give us a mixture of personal and professional tasks.
Can I add other people onto my account? Yes, you can add co-workers, friends, and family members to your account. You will be given the opportunity to do so after signing up for our service. All we need is your permission and their name and email address.
Which plan is best for me? Don't worry about it too much. We can make sure you get into the plan that best fits your needs. If you were to sign up for Plan 80, but realize halfway through the first month that you aren't going to use all your hours, you could just let us know and we will drop you down to a different plan. We are very flexible and want you to be on the plan that makes the most sense.
Is there a commitment or contract? No. You are billed month to month and you can cancel at any time. Once you cancel, you will not be billed. There is no cancellation fee or penalty of any kind.
How does the free trial work? During your free trial, you are allotted one quarter of the hours of the monthly plan that you sign up for. For example, if you sign up for plan 40, during your free trial you will have 10 free hours to use. When your free trial is over, your plan will be refreshed to 40 hours and all time used after that date will count toward your monthly plan.
Are there any hidden or additional costs? There are no hidden costs, no activation fees, additional taxes, or cancellation fees. You will be billed for your monthly plan and nothing more. For certain tasks, we will have to charge for materials. For instance, let's say you want us to create and send a mailing to your customer list. We would bill you for the envelopes, the postage, and the paper. We will let you know when you assign the task whether there will be material charges so there won't be any surprises.
What if I go over the time allotted by my monthly plan? When you use up your plan, you have several options and you decide at that point what to do. You can move up to the next highest plan, have us stop working until your next billing cycle, or continue working at an hourly rate of $25/hour. We would love to be able to offer unlimited flexibility but if we did that it would be impossible to budget our time and we wouldn't be able to provide the speedy, thorough service that we do now. You will be notified when you go over your plan and given the option to have us continue working or stop working until your plan refreshes on your next billing cycle.
Compared to U.S. based virtual assistants, why are your rates so cheap? U.S. based virtual assistants typically work from home by themselves. Because we are a company and not a single individual, costs are spread out and absorbed. It isn't necessary to make a huge profit every hour that we work like it would be for an individual.
Compared to foreign virtual assistants, why are your rates so expensive? We only hire people who live in America. The quality of our work and the unique strengths of our service justify the cost difference.
When will I be billed? You will be billed every 30 days starting on the last day of your free trial until you cancel your plan (it is completely month-to-month). In other words, if you sign up today, your credit card will not be billed until a week from now. If you decide during that time that the service is not for you, just let us know and you will never be billed at all.
How do I get started? To begin, you simply go through our sign up process - in the right-hand column of the product matrix above there is a yellow/orange "Sign Up" link next to each plan. Simply decide which plan you would like to have and then follow the steps. After signing up, you will be redirected to a short questionnaire that will ask basic questions about your preferences and the work you have for us. After submitting that, you will be redirected to a short "getting started" guide that will give more detailed information about how to get started with your new virtual assistant.
How can I monitor the progress on tasks I've delegated? Through the Client Area, you will be able to keep track of which tasks your assistant is working on. In addition, every evening a time report is uploaded which will detail how much time has been spent on each task and how much time you have remaining. Further, we encourage clients to have weekly check-ins with their virtual assistant. This is an opportunity to delegate new tasks and get updates on those in progress. Finally, because we all work together at an office, your assistant is being actively supervised and managed by our staff.
